HappieSt day oF my LiFe...
was ulta friGhtened yset moRn when i woke up, cos i will b collecting my results Later tat day.. i decided to go to worK cos i will b having all sorts of silly thots staying @ hm and if i go to work @ least i can earn $$$ rite?? Office was quite busy as usual... but up till noon time everyone in the office started to leave n went for lunch. I had to stay in the office till one cos i took 1/2 dae.. Met fang for lunch @ pasta mania in PS, then we went back to SR to collect my results... Rmbr when i was outside the scH hall, wah piang, so bloody scared tat i was already abt to cry.. but fang told me to be strong, all my juniors r here and i have yet to seen my results.. I tried to control my self until collect my results slip....
finally came my turn.. damn scared lor.. i was like biting my fingers.. ha... then when i saw the slip, i finally broke down and cried... luckily din put on mascara tat dae, smart le.. i immediately checked whether that's really my cert or not.. scared tat its someone elses' instead of mine.. hee.. i was crying so badly until fang had to remove my specs and let me wipe my tears.. but i told her to return my specs cos i cant see properly.. ha.. i'm really 1/2 blind leh.. i rmbr the first thing tat i said was "i can finally go to University" haa.. really really happy, it wasnt easy gg thru one whole yr agn as a repeat student.. i had my big share of problems & troubles, very lil pp to turn to as all my bests buds are in different education insitutions.. but phew.. i made it!! finally did!! mf became my maid, taking all my cert, report book, necessary documents and uni phamplets etc.. i was abt to calm down, i decided i to call my mommy and tell her the good news since my dad is not in spore, she should b the first to know.. as soon as i heard her voice i started to wail again.. haha... really cry baby arh.. cry all e time.. fang decided to play a prank on shirley and told her tat i didnt make it again.. haha... shirley was exasperated tat she was tricked by her..
there are like so many pp i wan to thk:
mom & dad --> thks for encouraging me, pressing me on! esp my mom she told me not look back regardless of wad happened. i have to move forward.
sis & bro --> thks for providing some irritation & jokes in my life thru out this boring yr alone in sr.
my best buds, fang, shirley, ning & van --> u guys were always dere when i needed u pp, giving me constant encouragement! Friends for life....
ms may koh (civics tutor in J2 2003) --> i've felt tat u r one person who has taught me the most about values and attitude in life
ms ng gek ling (civics tutor in J2 2004) --> u r the sweetest physics teacher anyone can have u r never angry and always patient
my c --> u have given me so many opportunities in JC tat anyone has given me, u are like a father to me, giving me so many advice and encouragement, always reassuring me of the things i feel tat i cannot do and make me believe in myself.
mrs J wong --> thks for agreeing to haf extra lessons for me for my GP. U;ve taught me alot of skills tat i'll nvr forget.
Mr foo --> even tho i u r lame and always jus pass me the solution for a qn without explaing.. u r still a nice maths tutor.. its be cos u din teach me i had to find out on my own i learnt it the hard way and wont forget it.
mr kwek --> funny and disciplined maths tutor in my repeat yr, u've always felt tat i'm been treated unfairly tat i should b able to move into Uni tat yr. u were still happy for me when i got a b instead of A for maths.. i'm a lil disappointed as i've alwasys been the top maths student in yr class tat whole yr.
ms Gan --> vertically challenged like me but a extremely intelligent econs tutor.. u've made the biggest miracle in my life.. i jumped 4 grades for my econs be cos of U.. i never tot tat i could do so well for my econs.
mr tan lee sze --> always perspiring and having red ears.. u r probably the most flexible discipline teacher in sch ba? ha.. physics also so powerful, lucky to have u for my tutor for my 1st 2 yrs in JC.. U r probably the only teacher tat allows us to eat in class ba? "u can bring anything tat can pass thru the ring he made wif his two hands" haa
for the rest i haf forgotten, thks so much... i did it not because of myself, everyone helped me.
went out wif shirley n fang aft my results collection, treat them to ramen cos i'm in a good mood today. haa.. didnt buy much in today's shopping spree.. sianz.. i usually spend alot one.. haa, its a good thing la, cos need to save money for hotel stay wif the girls. hee.
