BusY weeKend..
Here's jus to summarize my weekend...
SATURDAY woke up early to get ready to go to the NUS open hse.. decided to head there jus after my bro's tuition ends... went there wif my mom (as usual) & lil bro. Took the train and headed to NUS, and OMG boy was there alot of pp taking the train towards the NUS direction which is in Clementi?? haa, its only 1 day after the open hse n i haf totally forgotten where i took the MRT to le.. alamak, lousy memory sia.. Anyway, was @ the bus interchange, the queue for the bus to NUS was like very long, but shorter than last yr's la.. haa.. last yr's one was all the way to the MRT shelter liao lor.. Reached the designated bus stop, alighted from e bus n i felt that the sun was trying her best to SCORCH ME TO DEATH!! My mom insisted that we DO NOT JAY WALK.. so fine, guess wad even tho the under pass was so short, i already was a lil lost when i came out from the underpass.. we got lost for 5 mins (luckily it was only a short duration). Managed to find the venue where they hold all their exhibits & talks. There was like alot of pp!!! Squashed like sardines... esp when u consider how small i am?! i get lost easily in the sea of pp.. Acutally it was my mommy tat got lost cos me n my little bro are ard the same size then we can find each other easily.. wahaha.. my mommy is taller lo.. hee.. anyway, didnt really ask anything, the best consolation i got was tat the venue was air-conditioned.. i dont have to die a horrifying death. haa. After gg to the NUS open hse, we headed for IKEA, cos i know gt sale.. ha i wanted to KLKK and c wad i could by... took lunch there, guess wad i ended up only buying scissors.. sad case.. anyway, whenever i go out wif my mom i rarely buy things cos she will start chanting away... hahaha.... went hm n realised tat my right eye gt a little infection.. hais.. hate infection, i'm gg for lasik one day ar.. cant stand it le.. argh
SUNDAY woke up slightly earlier than yesterday, cos my mom says tt we shld go to the NTU open hse earlier when the weather is not so scorching.. then we cong cong mang mang left the hse.. the train was not was crowded guess b cos we were rather early.. haa.. the journey was so long tt my mom fell aslp, luckily i had my trustee discman.. ha if not i'll b joining her le.. hee, when we got out of the station, saw a guy holding the direction board showing us where the shuttle buses were. following 2 other signs, guess wad?? we were led back to the MRT station.. hahaha... then saw that the buses were on the other side of the station.. diao~ The shuttle bus service was nt bad, air-conditioned, fast, brought us directly to where the exhibition booths were. The place was nicely renovated, air-con.. really great, there were some booths outside, but sa soon as we left the place and headed out, we almost gt killed by the heat.. very very humid weather.. Went to the NTU library, WAH PIANG!!!! VERY NICE ARH.... so many computers and nice environment, conducive and string air-con not to say.. haa. great for pp like me escaping from the heat outside.. wahaha... exploitation in a very nice way.. hee.. after much exploration, we left and headed for jurong point, didnt know gt so many things to shop eh, cos i live on the other side of spore, so not much chance of gg to boon lay.. muz go there someday n KLKK again.. today was kinda rush.. Reached home, after sorting the phamplets from the UNI, then went to J8 to catch "Hitch" with a friend. The show was funny lo, its a muz watch!! haa... great way to end the week end la..
