Poor Svc Standards

Was at Lido/Shaw's SK II counter and decided to take some brochures and ask some qns. To my horror, the service standard was appalling...... bleah pui..... The counter girl was obviously despising me. She thinks that I cannot afford the SK II stuff.

She said, "The LXP range is the MORE EXPENSIVE range of the SK II products" and gives me the sickening look... blardi hell. Not only was her complexion POOR for an SK II girl, her attitude sucks. And she is utterly brainless. She tested the spray foundation on my entire inner front arm. Stupid.... I had to waste my cleansing oil to remove EVERYTHING.

I'm really disgusted by the service that she provides... Dont go to Shaw's SK II. It really sucks..... eeyer...
