F1 night race in Singapore

Went to watch the practice round with hubby yesterday at ber gor's office (7th aunt) at Tower 4 suntec. The view was pretty dar good. We had a bird's eye view of the first turn of the track at the bottom pic where there is a faint blur circle at the top right hand corner. (if u can see) before the practice rounds started, darling's aunt brought us to carrefour to buy binoculous. (early xmas present) which made the view of the cars even better and nicer! love it!

And this was our view!!!

Pretty good except for a few stupid trees. which all of us so feel like chopping it off. haha. This is actually the grandstand seats. it stretches all the way right to the Singapore flyer. Opposit the grandstand seats are the pitstops where spectators can watch the F1 cars going for their pit stops.

If u see carefully, the grandstand is quite empty actually. think nt many pp are interested with the practice rounds but they can afford to buy a 3 days tickets which cos like a whopping $6500 i think.. super ex. but that can buy u a mingling session with the Grand Prix drivers at the pitstop building.. shiok. Missed out on the walkabout tickets. damn sad. if not i can walk inside the tracks and see the cars le..

Ultra zoomified.... can tell the car is so fast that i cant even catch it at a spot.


Much better. We stayed in the office for the first practice round at 7pm. then we stayed till 10pm for the second one before we headed to the track area beside balacava, to hear, smell and feel the real deal. It was heaven! I nvr knew how much I would fall in love with the sound of the F1 cars driving by. Its so goddamn different from the ah beng zhng-ed cars la. wa lau super far cry lor. I was so damn happy to know that lewis drove pass me. cos i recognise his car. weee. happy! I got my uncle who works at balacava to keep a poster of Lewis for both me and adrian.. we are in love with him!!! F1 rocks! i'm so gg to buy tickets to watch the race next year.
