I shared a link from ST regarding help for married couples. I’m uber interested to see what kind of comments I can gather from people who leave their words of “wisdom” there. Hoho.
Praying very hard that darling has service tonight and that he can leave office early, so that he can fetchy me from airport! I’m sick of waiting for buses. Eek! Can’t wait for the rest of the circle line to be opened on 17th April 2010. Will go to the bookshops to get my regular dose of celebrity gossips.

Really yearning for my 2 pay days. 10th -> from KPMG for my last month’s pay + encashed annual leave. 12th -> from CAG for my current month pay (for like what – 3 days of work? LMAO). I’ve been managing my expenses pretty well despite all the expenses. Quite proud of myself. =) Despite no inflow for more than 1 month, I am still living very well.

Was reading through the OCBC IKEA friends card. Its quite puzzling that the card is subscription FREE for 2 years but interest free repayment is up to 36 months. I guess you either pay for the subscription fee during the 3rd year or pay the entire remainder of the debt outstanding in the card? I was actually wondering, if I’m really anal about the subscription fee and they refuse to waive after 2 years. Can I just apply the card all over again just to get the waiver of subscription fee and what are the chances they will approve it again?

p/s: it’s only 4pm. I’ve been reading the internal report since 2pm and I’m about to faint already. Too many words to handle

Reviewed modification logs and rental income reconciliations of the 4 staff under me today. Feels strange, usually is people review my work and they are usually older than me. But now I’m reviewing people’s work and they are all older than me. Funny. Managed to finish what they gave me by lunch time, with a couple of outstandings and 1 backlog, which I hope she will catch up soon.

I am in charged of check-in counters billings and they have been having quite a bit of issues coming back to us with charging hours, resulting us being behind time with the charging of usage. Saw the internal audit report in my mail. Boy, it’s not easy being a manager. Other than the normal accounting work, still have to think of higher management level issues. Reading the internal audit report gives me a vague idea of the shit that check-in counter usages are causing my billing. Still, I’m going to take things 1 at a time, I can’t make decisions on my 2nd day of work right?

Got a phone call today at my office, that fella was still looking for the guy that I replaced, who left in Dec 09. Hello? It’s like April in 2 days? Update please.

Godsis is going to Milan tonight. I’m so looking forward to seeing my Prada wallet. My first ever branded accessory bought with my money for me. What an achievement eh?

p/s: Citibank called me today and told me that the card is ready and whether I would like to collect it or to send it to me. I almost want to scold the guy, already told the lady at the branch that I will not be collecting it, so send the damn card to me. See? Breakdown of communication, don’t they have some system, that can track whatever messages and promises that has been conveyed to the customer? What kind of service is Citibank really providing? Appalled.
