Went for stock take today cos 1 staff couldn’t make it and I was the standby. Dept provided breakfast from polar (1 curry puff and 1 sugar roll). I missed the chance to travel by the runway through the Apron area cos I was not holding a staff pass. Mine was not ready. =( So I travelled by car with the Fixed Assets Manager and interns and temp staff that holds Visitor pass.

Partnered this aunty called Catherine. Nice Lady, we stock-taked like 30 items or more. The last was a killer was needed to count 5 thousand over tiles. God. After that went back to office and had free lunch, cos it was provided once again. I had chicken rice which I didn’t finish.

After lunch, went to IT Dept to get my VPN since it was ready. This IT youngster guy helped me to fix it up and use, had so many problems. Took about an hour or so then the thing was ready and by the time I returned to my table its 4pm. Thank God for helping me waste some time away as I was not given the full load of my work yet as they are doing closing for the month and year, hence the managers that were doing my work were too busy to hand over and teach me. Makes me wonder why they want me to come in during their closing when they are unable to spare time to teach me anyway. Dotz.

Now it’s 4:20pm. Help! I need to utilize another 1hour 40mins discreetly.

p/s: Realised quite a lot of things I’m not used to:
1) Waking up an hour earlier than I used to and travelling so long
2) Having people report to me (my staff told me that she going to see doctor, like report to me)
3) Having my own desk, which is still quite empty
