couldnt resist this: Marc by Marc Jacob's tote. It's part of a Jap magazine, since it was not that expensive I decided that I could buy it. Cos it was pink and has heart shape.
But this couldnt couldnt take my eyes off it. but I din want to buy cos it costs a whopping 39bucks. The box contains a zipped tote, mirror and tissue pouch (see bottom right hand corner.. strain your eyes if you must) bleah. and so I have begged estelle to help me take a look if they sell it in Japan.
estelle, if you see this help me buy 2 okie? thank you!! cheaper than SGD30 can buy le la. already save like 10 bucks like that. hoho. xiexie!

An agent representing block 307 serangoon ave 2 called me this morning. Got me all pissed off. Firstly, she has a very rude tone, after that she was just plain sarcastic. She told me that the valuation was $340k and the COV is $60k but the owner is asking for more and not willing to close with this COV. Then I asked her what is the level of the unit, she asked me back, what is your cash budget? Told her not as high as $60k, then she say, “well then there is no point in telling you which level is the unit, by the way, the average COV for serangoon is $40k”. thankyouverymuchyourudefuckingcockadoodlebitch.

Work is definitely piling, there is stress but it’s a good kind of stress, I am very contented so far. Hoping that CAG calls darling back for an interview, then when we can work together, a lot of our plans will gel together as well. =)
