I truly believed that everything happens for a reason. I've never believed it even more until yesterday. first things first.....
darling and I lost the Punggol BTO. I was quite upset. But the gals have been very encouraging, so wasnt too bad. and so right about 4pm, darling sms me to go the shaw cos we'll be accompanying his aunty to see her diamonds... and then.......
2 hours later...........
We got me a 0.75 carat, hearts and arrows cut diamond for the proposal/engagement ring. =)
very happy...............
Well I personally think that it was fate that we couldnt get the BTO, so that we have money to pay for the diamond. And guess what his aunt was telling us, this ring is meant to be ours because she just called last week to check if there is any diamond that is 0.7 sized, and they just managed to acquire this perfect size and she will keep for her to see. But who knows, we fell in love with it the first thing we saw it.
that was the first diamond that we saw and boom that was it. even the setting i picked was the first setting that i wanted.
And so his aunty paid for us first cos we didnt have the cash yet. The diamond is now with the jeweller, cos I dun dare to bring it out of the damn shop. haa. and i dont want to spoil the surprise also, so no picts. only when adrian proposes, then I will post the fotos of the ring.
Anyway we only paid for the diamond, cos it moves so quickly and we didnt want to miss it. but the setting will only be done nearer to the end of the year after I have decided on the design. makes me damn excited.
and thanks to jieying who says she will help adrian to plan out the proposal. hahaha! diao. thanks babe.......
