My new Induction cooker~

got this cooker from the simply her 2 years subscription. It's uber chio.. black base with gold design.. nice nice nice.. comes with a free like wok/pot and cover but its the laoya quality de. but who cares use like throw away...
think i'm going to test it out one of these days... request to have steamboat at home... hiak hiak



1st Acupuncture session

went for my first acupuncture session today... in a bid to say bye bye to fatties in my body.. Anyway before the acu, met desmond, who is an employee at LFI. small chat a little bfore I started on the session.
First I have this stickers on my ear.. 5 small stickers with some herbal beads behind, I am supposed to press each one 30 times. This is to curb my appetite.. doesnt seem to work for me.. I seem to be hungrier after that.. nvm.
So went for my acu:
too many needles, will look scary....
My triple-quarter fold tummy with needles and electricity passing thru it..

I got a small little bruise from the needle nearest to my chest... and after that session it was a little itchy for like 10mins, then it was ok...

another session today. hope the sore isnt as sensitive, if not 30mins will feel like 30 years.
