bought a book yesterday at Kino. Have been yearning to read it ever since I follow her reality tv series on scv.
her name is kimora lee simmons and this is her life in the fab lane.
She's a model, a fashion empire mogul to the label baby phat, Kouture & many more and a mother of 3. Her favorite word is FABULOUS! Fabulosity is the word that is fashioned by her..
Fabulosity (noun) - A term trademarked by Kimora Lee Simmons, one of the most fabulous people in the world. However, anyone fabulous can define "fabulosity" differently. Basically, fabulosity is about being the best at everything, looking fabulously sexy, having the best things, flaunting your fabulousness, and loving yourself and/or other fabulous people around you.
A bit more about Kimora:
Kimora was born in St Louis of Japanese and African American descent. She started modeling with Chanel when she was only 13. By the age of 14, she was 6 feet tall. In 1998, she married Russell Simmons (co founder of label Def Jam and creator of clothing fashion line Phat Farm) and have 2 daughters (Ming Lee and Aoki Lee, they officially separated in 2006. In March 2007, she married actor and model Djimon Hounsou (yes the blood diamond African guy) and they have a boy named Kenzo Lee Hounsou. She was a creative director of Baby Phat in 2007, and was promoted to President and Creative Director of Phat Fashions.
And so I bought her book. Fabulosity -What is it and How to get it. Basically is about how you can achieve your goals in life. So I'm going to start on it as soon as I finish my aunt's accounts tonight!


As you can see, after every season of baby phat's runway show, she will grace the runway with her kids.
Anyway I bought this book cos she is someone that I look forward to be like someday. Someone who is successful, beautiful and can balance work & family all with much fabulousity!
And so my new goal in life is: to do anything and everything in a fabulous way!
