Reno Day 1! (byebye old!)

Hubby was on leave today to do a couple of things which included going to our new place to KLKK the 1st day of reno.


First a couple of pictures of how the place looked like when the ex-owners were still staying there.

It looks horrible before and after tearing. haha. how can some place look this bad?!



Having deep thoughts on whether I should change the windows+grills or the main door+gate. Obviously, the former is more expensive considering how many windows I have at home.


The current windows looks ok, we're removing all the laminates from the windows, do some repairs here and there, put some oil to remove the rust etc.


As for the doors, the look cracked to me and the gate is like 1975. I really wonder if the doors + gates belong to Town Council, i mean after all its fire proof and all that, will they change for me?? Wahaha.. cheapskate, but hey its money after all.


Looking forward to end of the 3 days of hacking and noisy works. More photos till then!!
