Day 2 of Parenthood
Posted by Thursday, March 01, 2012 10:28 AM with 0 notes | add more notes

It's not easy being a mom. It's been 2 days and I havent been sleeping much and I can only imagine having a baby is going to be worse. Woke up at 3am, 5am and 630am on Monday. Slpt at 2 plus yest cos Spiffy seems to be very uncomfy passing motion, work up at 7am this morning.

Lucky for me, Spiffy is a really smart pup. Jus 1 day only and 80% of the time she will go to the pee pad to do her biz. A normal pup takes weeks. She has never used the pee pad in the masterbedroom before, and yet ytd she woke up in the middle of night and walked over to the pee pad, peed and pooed. She's mummy's clever girl!

Left Spiffy with my parents on Tuesday, Xyy on Wed and Mich today. Thanks for helping me jaga my hyper rascal everyone! X

Tomorrow is going to be a big day. Spiffy will be home alone for 5 hours before I knock off and get home to monitor her. It seems that everything is well today and hopefully in 2 weeks time she will fully get used to us being away from home for some time.

Sat she will be slightly more free as I'm getting jackson to photograph her in action. Sunday we'll leave her alone for 8 hours like a normal full day if possible. To be honest I'm a little afraid for Monday, when I go to work...

1) Will she be ok?
2) Will she go hungry?
3) Will she hurt herself?
4) Will she dirty herself?
5) Will her food get ants if I leave it there?
6) Will she whine so loud that my neighbors complain?
7) Will she eat up my island?
8) Nervous Nervous Nervous......

It's not easy being a parent. But when I see that little face, it jus makes my day!

Mummy Love you Spiffy! My little niap niap!
